Anderson Consulting has professional design and permitting experience on all different types of PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP). Our HOP services includes minimum use driveway permits, ePermitting System (EPS) and entrance permit system administration, sight distance evaluations, storm management design, ADA ramp design, road profiling, road cross sections, paving specifications, construction plans, grading plans, pedestrian studies, signing plans, pavement marking plans, traffic control plans, detour plans, and right-of-way plans.
